Billingham Construction is a family run business, located in the Northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. We have over 28 years experience in the Building and Construction Industry and are Registered Builders (BRN 101576).
We share your enthusiasm, and excitement when it comes to building your dream home, renovating your property or extending your property to gain that extra space. Needing a granny flat for visitors or just wanting to utilise that space in the garden. Our capabilities as a registered builder are endless, whether that be residential or commercial.
We are close to completing a multiple dwelling project (11 homes) in Clarkson, which has gained much traction in the news. We use steel frame in our construction projects for numerous reasons. Steel is strong, durable and lightweight. It doesn’t warp over time, twist or shrink, it won’t catch fire and it has versatility within it’s design. The Truecore Bluescope steel we use, has a high strength-to-weight ratio and is precisely engineered. It arrives on site pre-fabricated so we can save valuable time, as it’s quick to install. We are proud to showcase numerous Steel Framed Homes built in and around WA. The benefits of this type of construction is one to consider for your next building project.
